Our software products are continuously updated. Software issues can often be resolved by installing the latest version of the product. Use the links below to reach our software downloads section:

MANUALS

Our software manuals are continuously updated. Software manuals can be accessed through the Help menu in our software. We recommend you install the latest version of the product to be kept up to date.  An alternative to this is accessing the electronic version of the manuals on the links below:

TRAINING OPTIONS

SoilVision bases our research and development through our interactions with you, the customer. We welcome opportunities to get to know you and interact with you. If you are interested in meeting with us for reasons such as obtaining general information to requesting advanced training, please investigate the options we offer below:

Our customer presentations are provided as a complimentary service in order to help educate potential customers on the benefit of our software packages. Our products are designed to give your consulting firm a competitive edge. These presentations will show you how. These are short demonstrations lasting from 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Our workshops are designed to build the customer's core knowledge on numerical modeling through use of the SVOffice software suite. Course duration varies between one and two days.

  • Standard Workshops designed to build basic core geotechnical numerical modeling skills in areas such as soil slope stability, stress / deformation, groundwater flow, contaminant transport, soil vapor extraction, and geothermal through use of the SVOffice modeling suite.
  • Advanced Workshops assume a basic experience level and investigates the theoretical background of various complex modeling techniques through customized workshops.

  • USB Security key serial number: six digit number located on the physical USB security key (typically 264 xxx).
  • Operating System your computer uses (Windows XP, Vista, etc.)
  • Product version: located in the Help > About menu.
  • A description of what you did before the problem occurs.
  • The exact wording of any error message you see.
  • For installation issues please also include the following:
    • Open SVOffice and go to File > Authorization. Click on View Log. Copy and paste the text of that log into the email
    • Open your web browser and go to the following webpage:  http://localhost:1947/_int_/devices.html .  Take a screenshot of this page and include it in the email
SoilVision Systems Ltd. will answer questions and assist in the resolution of problems related to the installation and operation of SoilVision Systems Ltd. software programs. This technical support is provided free of charge for the first two months of SoilVision operation. Additional support may be purchased after this time period.
