Report an Issue

You can report an issue, or track an existing issue, through our online tracking and reporting system. Notifications of new information are sent via email.

This service is provided for transfering large files to SoilVision Systems Ltd. Please message us for the password.

To start the file upload, type in the password then press the return key on your keyboard. Please leave your browser open until the file has finished uploading.

Snagit Capture Software

The Snagit software is shareware software used to perform screen captures of software problems. Please download and install the Snagit software. Then run the software and capture the screen (Ctrl-Shift-P) where the problem is occurring. Save the screen capture in JPG format and attach it to an email along with a brief description of the problem.


Database Compaction and Repair

Regular use of the SoilVision databases can cause them to dramatically increase in size. We recommend the use of a compaction/repair utility to reduce wasted disk space and increase performance of the database. A high-quality compaction/repair utility is provided by SoilVision Systems Ltd. and may be downloaded at the following location:

If you cannot find an answer to your questions in the support page, call us at (306) 477-3324 between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm (CST), M-F. Before you call technical support, you should have the following information ready:

- Serial number: located on the security dongle (typically 26? ???).
- Product version: located in the Help > About menu.
- A description of what you did before the problem occurs.
- The exact wording of any error message you see.

SoilVision Systems Ltd. will answer questions and assist in the resolution of problems related to the installation and operation of SoilVision Systems Ltd. software programs. This technical support is provided free of charge for the first two months of SoilVision operation. Additional support may be purchased after this time period.
