Users can customize software formulations when working with SoilVision modeling software. This feature is particularly useful when doing testing or in research environments. Hypothetical trial formulations can be tested quickly and easily without the requirement of leaving complex programming languages. A simple math-type scripting language is used to define the model.

For example the user can easily model the effects of additional functional relationships, coupled partial differential equations, or advanced levels of variable reporting.
